Funky Polak - Polish music star uses
WDT to share important moments of his life with family in
Poland.
Funky Polak ( www.funkypolak.com),
the most famous Polish Hip Hop recording artist in the
United States, uses WDT to stay in touch with family and
friends overseas.
Funky Polak was
born in Kielce, Poland in 1975. Since his childhood he has
always been fascinated with music, dance and entertainment.
When in late eighties Hip Hop culture came to Europe from
America along with satellite television, him and many
other teenage friends simply fell in love with it's
authenticity. Two time winner of Polish National
Championship in Break-dance / Electric Boogie category,
third place winner in European Break-dance and Modern
Dance Show Championship in 1990 to 1994. Award winner of
Polonus 2004 as best Polish - American artist of the year.
Author of many songs and lyrics popular within Polish
communities in America and Europe . One of his hits titled
"Pamiê taj..." ("Remember...") is being recognized as a
modern Polish - American "anthem" and the most real story
about the hardship and rewards of emigration.
He left Poland
alone for United States as a teenager to find his "American
dream" and with his loved ones far behind. The first years
he had struggled to settle down and realize his artistic
plans. During that time it was extremely important for him
to stay connected emotionally to his supportive family and
friends in Poland.

World Famous Gymnastics Coach Bela
Karolyi uses WDT to stay connected!
Bela Karolyi,
called the most famous gymnastics coach in history, uses
WDT service to stay connected to family and friends in
Romania and around the world.
Born in Romania in
1942, Karolyi won renown back in the 1970s coaching
Romanian gymnasts to greatness. In 1976, his youngest
gymnast, Nadia Comaneci won Olympic gold, earning perfect
scores for the first time in Olympic history.
Karolyi defected to
the United States in 1981. While this brought freedom as
well as new opportunities, it took him away from his loved
ones. As he struggled through his first years in the US,
to opening his first gym and getting back to coaching, it
was more important than ever for him to stay connected to
his loved ones.

Throughout his
career, Karolyi’s coaching efforts have produced a total
0f 28 Olympians and nine Olympic champions. Besides
Comaneci, he has coached US Olympic stars Mary Lou Retton,
Julianne McNamara, Phoebe Mills, Kim Zmeskal, Betty Okino,
Kerri Strug and Dominique Moceanu. Karolyi, his wife and
daughter Andrea live in Texas, but thanks to WDT, family
and friends around the world are as close as a phone call.

Russian Actor Armen Dzhigarhanyan Stays Connected with WDT!
Armen Dzhigarhanyan,
the most famous actor in Russian history, stays connected
to family and friends in Russia and around the world with
WDT.
Dzhigarhanyan was
born in Yerevan in 1935. He studied acting in Moscow, and
made his theatrical debut in 1955, in the play Ivan
Rybakov at the K.S. Stanislavskogo Theater. By 1960, he
moved to the big screen with his first movie, Collapse.
He has starred in
about 200 films, most notably, the 1979 cult classic,
Mesto Vstrechi Izmenit, where he played the role of Karp,
leader of the bandit group Black Cat. He is a very
versatile actor, equally strong in comedic as well as
dramatic roles.
Armen Dzhigarhanyan,
lives alternately between Russia and the US. So it’s
crucial for him to stay connected with family and friends
