You are responsible for paying your bills on time. You will
receive a separate bill from WDT at the beginning of each month for your
calls made the previous month. The payment must be received by the due date
listed on your bill.

Method of Payment: You may pay your account by sending
your personal check, money order payment, or credit card, payable in U.S.
dollars to the name and address shown on your bill. You must include your
payment stub and write your account number on the check. Do not send cash.

Returned Check Fee. There will be a charge of $25.00 to
cover our costs each time a bank returns your check to us for any reason. We
do not attempt to collect any check more than once.

Late Payment Charges: There will be 3% late payment charge
to each customer’s service bills not paid by the due date.

Attorney fees and collection costs. If you do not comply
with your obligations under this agreement, you agree to pay all collection
fees and costs, reasonable attorney fees, all expenses and court cost we may
incur in the attempt to collect your account.

Service Termination: You will be disconnected if your
account is severely past due. You may be charged $25.00 reconnection fee to
reinstate our service.

Disputed charges: All disputed amounts should be reported
by the payment due date for the period when the charges occurred. No credits
will be granted after the due date.

Personal Calling Card Service:
- This service should
not be used if the telephone service to which the card is billed has been
disconnected.
- You need to protect your authorization code so that
nobody else can use it without your permission. You are responsible for any
charges incurred using your calling card.

Service Interruption: Service may be temporarily
interrupted for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to system
capacity limitations, equipment modifications and repairs, problems
associated with the facilities of interconnecting carriers and acts of God
or events beyond the control of WDT.

Changes To Terms, Conditions And Rates: WDT can add to or
change any of its terms of service, rates or charges at any time, including
but not limited to rates and charges, billing practices, late charges and
all other terms and conditions.

Disclosure Of Account Information: You authorize WDT to
disclose information related to your account, including confidential
information, to credit reporting agencies, credit bureaus or private credit
associations.

Customer Changes: You must tell us at once if you change
your name, address or telephone number.

Telephone Monitoring: As part of our continuing effort to
maintain a high quality of service to our customers, telephone
communications with you may be monitored and recorded. You agree that
monitoring and/or recording may be done and that no additional notice to you
or additional approval from you is required.
